Milt Alderman, Ranch Manager
|
| Milt Alderman
has been the Ranch Manager at Oklahoma Stud
since 1997. His background makes him a
natural for the job. He served as the Farm
and Breeding Manager for Paws Up Ranch, standing
the stallions and managing the Lipson Broodmare
Band. Prior to that, he was a horse
trainer for the first 20 years of his working
life, and did his share of winning. He
worked for many years for the famous cutting
horse breeder, Joe Ayres, who stood the great
Freckles Merada. He started all the colts
for Ayres. Not only is Milt Alderman an
invaluable asset as the manager of Oklahoma
Stud, but also one of the most respected AQHA
judges in the country. Alderman has judged
both the Congress and the World Show and big
shows coast to coast over the past seventeen
years. Alderman's expertise includes
breeding, sales prep, training and many other
facets of not only western pleasure and cutting,
but also racing. A committed family man,
Milt has been married to his wife Michelle for
21 years. They have four children.
His dedication to Oklahoma Stud and work ethic
is unparalleled, and his passion for horses is
evident to anyone he meets. |

Amanda Glidden
Office Manager
|
| Amanda joined the Oklahoma Stud team in August 2006 after working for
Danny Ray of Victory Farms in Ada, Oklahoma.
Her duties include accounts payable and
receivable, stallion and mare record keeping,
customer service, advertising/marketing, public
relations, billing, human resources and website maintenance.
Amanda's experience in the horse industry also
includes work with cutting and reining horses.
Residing in Norman with her husband and
children, Amanda's hobbies are barrel racing,
wake boarding, and interior design. |

Debbie Drinko

Debbie Drinko joined the team at Oklahoma Stud
team in May 2010 after an 11 year career with
the NRHA as a Senior Director of Equine Sales,
International Development, Affiliate Programs,
and Breed Alliance Partnerships. Debbie
has had a lifelong involvement with breeding and
raising performance Quarter Horses.
Residing in Tuttle, Debbie is the mother of
three grown children and a grandmother of three.
She enjoys camping, trail riding, and spending
time with family and friends. Debbie's
extensive involvement with the NRHA adds a
unique expertise to the office at Oklahoma Stud. |

Sheri Andrew

Sheri Andrew joined the Oklahoma Stud office in
May 2010.
Her involvement in the race horse industry spans
15+ years of breeding and racing American
Quarter Horses. Sheri, along with her
husband Tony (a highly respected farrier at
surrounding race tracks and training farms)
resides in Purcell. Sheri is the mother of
two daughters. The family moved to Purcell
last year from Iowa where they were key figures
in the Iowa Quarter Racing Association.
Tony and Sheri were inducted into the IQHRA Hall
of Fame in 2009. Sheri brings a lifetime
of racing knowledge to Oklahoma Stud. |

Barn Staff
Justin Hood, Breeding Manager

Justin Hood joined the team at
Oklahoma Stud in May of 2008.
Growing up in Kennewick, Washington,
he gained his first experience in
the breeding industry while working
for a cutting horse breeding and
training operation. After
obtaining a degree in Agri-business
from Oklahoma State University in
2006, Justin went to work for
Halvorson Ranch where he worked as
breeding manager until he came to
Oklahoma Stud. Residing in
Purcell with his wife Caitlyn,
Justin is an active member of the
PRCA and enjoys calf roping when he
is not at work. |

Jennifer Zachor
Sales Prep, Barn Manager |

Jennifer Zachor has been a valuable
member of the Oklahoma Stud team
since February 2008. She has a
degree in Animal Science and prior
experience as a show barn manager at
Castle Ranch. Jennifer's
knowledge in the horse industry
includes stallion collection,
breeding, foaling, halter breaking,
sales prep, and certification in
Equine Sports Massage Therapy.
Jennifer's most recent
accomplishment was assisting in the
sales prep management of Dashing
Follies, the World Record Selling
broodmare and her daughter Coronita
Cartel. Residing in Purcell,
Jennifer enjoys attending/competing
in cow horse events, attending
church and fishing. |
